FASTRACK BICYCLE & RUN was born one night when I sat with a friend and a beer and took a leap of faith to create something that reflected my passion. I came from the corporate world in New York City to a quiet life in Sarasota. The calm didn't last long - Eight Ironman races and the ING New York City Marathon later would prove that it would be a while before things would quiet down! "We are truly a team. My goal as owner of FASTRACK BICYCLE & RUN is to provide an environment that is relaxed, enjoyable, and mutually respectful of one another. With this goal achieved, the rest is PURE FUN!" |

When you get to know Miguel you learn that language is no barrier. Miguel Castaneda is not only a Cat 1 cyclist, but by far one of the finest mechanics imaginable. A wonderful cycling partner to all of us, he will push anyone at any speed. His collection of bicycles rivals that of any bike shop owner. The service department is the heart of FASTRACK Bicycle & Run, and Miguel "Chico" Castaneda sits squarely at its center! |
